Agreement between Haji Khan Yavar and Sakinah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan, regarding a one-year of crops from some land in Aqdagh-i Sufla in exchange for 20 mans [unit of weight]. The crop should be delivered to Sakinah Sultan's servant or representative. Taxes, wages for the guards, and damages caused by natural disasters or pests are the responsibility of the tenant.

The lessee is responsible for damages due to pests or natural disasters. The price of a dozen trees in the land was determined to be twenty tumans.
